Shipping

We will ship your order within 24hrs via Canada Post Expedited Parcel which provides you with a quick, cost effective means of receiving your purchase with a tracking number.

 

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information when your order ships.

 

All parcels can be tracked via www.canadapost.ca or by calling 1-866-607-6301.

 

The Tiny Tot Company will sometimes ship your order in a gently used box. A small gesture in helping reduce, reuse, recycle.

 

Canada:

We will ship your purchase for $5.00 within Canada and you should receive your parcel in as little as 2-7 business days.

 

USA:

We will ship your purchase for $5.00 within the United States and you should receive your parcel in as 7-10 business days.

Duties and taxes are the receiver's responsibility.

 

 

International:

We will ship your purchase internationally at the actual cost of shipping and you should receive your parcel in as little as 7-10 business days.

 

If your order total is less than $39.99, an automatic charge of $5.00, our flat fee shipping rate, will be added to your order total.

 

If your order total is more than $39.99, no shipping charge will be applied to your order total.

 

Instead, once we receive your order confirmation, we will contact you via email with a shipping quote. If you approve the shipping quote, we will charge your credit card (minus the $5.00 flat fee shipping cost already charged to your order if that is the case). We will send you a PayPal invoice to approve.

 

After we receive confirmation that the PayPal invoice has been paid for the shipping charge, we will ship your order.

 

If you prefer not to go ahead with the order once you have received our shipping quote, we will refund your PayPal account immediately and cancel your order.

 

If you would like to receive a shipping quote prior to placing your order, simply send us an email at info(at)tinytotcompany.com with the items you wish to order order and your full shipping address so that we can advise you the estimated shipping cost.

 

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

  

 

Other Information Regarding Shipping:

We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

 

If a package is refused or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all subsequent shipping charges incurred.

 

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding published holidays. Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.

 

We don't ship to PO boxes.

 

If your purchase is a gift and you wish to have it delivered to another address, when you proceed through the check out, fill in the billing address. Then, simply click on "Enter a delivery address" found at the bottom of the page. We will  send you the order confirmation as well as parcel tracking information via email but ship to the delivery address.

 

On occassion an item shown on our website might be temporarily out-of-stock. Upon receipt of your order, if an item is found to be out-of-stock, we will immediately contact you. You can choose to cancel the item from your order or wait till we receive our next shipment of that item. If you choose to cancel the item from your order, we will immediately process your refund.

The Tiny Tot Company has selected PayPal as it's online payment processor. You may choose from a variety of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or direct withdrawl from your bank account.

 

As the global leader in online payment, PayPal offers a secure, accessible, fast, easy and reliable environment for making online payments. 

 

Don't have a PayPal account, that's ok. Simply use PayPal's Express Checkout.

 

Once you've completed the payment process with PayPal, an email confirmation with your order details will be sent to you.
